  • You offer a first week free-When and how can I use it?

    Your first week free is a complimentary membership where you can take all of our classes (as many times a day, as many times that week) for 7 consecutive days!

    some exclusions apply with special events, etc

    You can find and use your first week free listed under”memberships” in vagaro linked here. It activates from the day that you add the membership to your cart and checkout. If you want to maximize your 7 days-sign up for class without adding the membership to your cart and let your instructor add it for you once you come to class!

    you can sign up for class without being charged however it will require a card on file. You won’t be charged for class ever until the instructor closes the class out

  • Do you have classes for beginners?

    Our classes are designed for all levels-whether you’ve been exercising your entire life OR this is your day one, our instructors have been trained to provide a challenging yet modifiable and comfortable class for ALL. A little nervous to get started? Let us know and/or come to class ~10 minutes before and your instructor will provide answers to your questions and keep in mind any modifications you might want or need.

  • I was recently: injured / had surgery | Can I still take class?

    Our founder and co-owner Bell Moody is a licensed physical therapist and will help guide us with these situations.

    Please reach out to us ahead of time at: thestudiobarreandwellness@gmail.com and we’ll come up with a plan together of how The Studio can fit into your exercise plan amidst recovery and injury.

  • I'm pregnant-can I take class?

    Yes! with some stipulations

    If you’ve been a Studio member before your pregnancy you can continue taking class without modifications until ~20 weeks. At the 20 week mark your instructor will give you some recommendations on how to keep you healthy and comfortable as you take class!

    If you are starting exercise for the first time since becoming pregnant, we recommend reaching out to us at: thestudiobarreandwellness@gmail.com to discuss modifications and health recommendations to keep you safe and healthy however, YES you can still take class unless otherwise directed by your doctor to not such as being placed on bedrest, etc.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Whatever you feel most comfortable in! And allows for free movement of the limbs and torso.

    Majority of clients wear: leggings, maybe grippy socks (however not required many people go barefoot), shorts, tank tops, t shirts, workout cropped tanks/bras, etc.

  • What's the contract term for memberships and/or how to cancel a membership

    none of our memberships have specific time based contracts however they all have a 60 day cancellation notice policy. Meaning if you want to cancel your membership email us and your cancellation will go into effect 60 days from the date we received your email.

    Because of this policy, essentially each membership has a 2 month minimum if you were to email your cancellation notice the day you purchased your membership.
