Ashlyn and Bell studied and graduated together from the University of Mississippi Medical Center Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2022 where Ashlyn went on to complete a sports residency with UMMC. There she was able to work directly with athletic programs such as: Jackson State University, Millsaps College, Ole Miss basketball, the Dixie National Rodeo, and the New Orleans Saints.

type of appointments available:

-standard eval and treat

-dry needling eval and session

-soft tissue work

Your first appointment we spend a lot of time getting to know your story, goals, what the pelvic floor is, and how PT will play into your life. I take a full body examination for a holistic/whole view of what’s going on and how I can help. We then plan together how to accomplish your goals! During follow up appointments, we spend a lot of time resetting the nervous system and recalibrating your pelvic floor muscles to work correctly in order to resolve your symptoms.
Bell Moody Physical Therapy is an out-of network provider that doesn't file treatment sessions to insurance. We use a fee schedule comparable to that of your traditional co-pay/co-insurance. You may request copies of your treatment documentation to file an insurance claim yourself to potentially receive out-of network reimbursement.
Due to the one-on-one nature and extended treatment session times (1 full hour) my hope is you will improve and see benefits of pelvic PT at a rapid pace.
You can schedule an appointment directly with Bell or Ashlyn without a referral *see physical therapy law below*
