Wellness supplements part 2: sound frequencies

Just like I mentioned in part 1: cold exposure, before adding and focusing on supplements to your wellness routine you have to be prioritizing five things first. If you don't-I imagine it like painting on a dirty or dusty canvas. It's going to take you more layers of paint to cover up and get the result image you want. If you do prioritize these 5 things I picture it as if painting on a fresh and clean canvas. You'll use less energy, less product, and overall be more efficient to get the result you want. Below are the five things you need to prioritize first.
Basic free wellness plan:
  1. Prioritize sleep quantity and quality (7-9 hours in a dark cool room)
  2. Prioritize hydration (drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily)
  3. Implement a stress management routine such as deep breathing for 3-5 minutes a day
  4. Focus on fueling adequately with food such as ensuring enough protein and fiber (and enough calories for your load)
  5. Prioritize exercise that makes you feel good
However, this particular wellness supplement has no adverse reactions and results and is fairly simple to incorporate especially into #3.
Sound frequencies are measured in Hertz (Hz) and research has shown that frequencies between 174 and 964 Hz can provide physical and emotional benefits. A great breakdown of the specific frequency levels and benefits can be found here.
Sound frequencies have a vibrational effect on the body which one study suggested can create change at the atomic level through vibrational energy changes. Sound frequencies are also utilized in physical therapy through the modality ultrasound which has varying research however there was a study that found ultrasound waves resulted in vertebral disc regeneration in rats. Another systematic review on ultrasound declared it effective in lower low back pain levels. Ultrasound used in physical therapy you can't hear bc it utilizes a different level of frequencies.
By playing sound frequencies between 174-964 Hz you can reap physical and emotional benefits. How should you do it? I recommend adding it to step #3 in your wellness plan: stress management routine. If your routine is deep breathing-play a sound frequency you think you'd benefit from while you breathe and you might find you're able to relax more and maybe your deep breathing is even more effective.
Here is a playlist of all 9 Solfeggio frequencies with benefits listed in the titles
